Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For custom-made items sold, the customer does not have any right to cancel the purchase (Right of Withdrawal) or right to return or exchange products.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Anna Prata allows customers a 14 day cancellation and return policy. If you want to cancel or return your jewelry purchase, send an email to us with order id number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale products cannot be refunded.
