Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
After your order is shipped, it will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are determined by the postal service and are beyond the control of Anna Prata Accessories USA LLC.
In case of delays exceeding 5 business days and the order cannot be located, we will issue a full refund for the purchase.
Claims for Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the stipulated timeframe, we will file a claim with the respective postal service on your behalf.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
