Free shipping for orders over $100, only in the United States.
We use USPS, UPS, DHL and Fedex. If the customer has a preference for a specific provider, he must notify the company before shipping.
All orders are processed within 1-2 days with the exception of weekends and holidays. In these two cases orders are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive it according to the delivery time agreed at the time of purchase.
If your order does not arrive within the stipulated time, we will file a claim with the respective postal service.
The delivery time is the responsibility of the postal service and Anna Prata is not responsible for any delays.
If the delay is longer than 5 business days and the order is not found, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase.
Anna Prata is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address. The correct filling of the address in the registration is the responsibility of the customer. In case of delivery problems due to the wrong registered address, the cost of resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
